HAROLD W. GREENLAW
STONINGTON - God saw him getting tired, a cure wasn't meant to be, so He put His arms around Harold and whispered "Come with Me". With tearful eyes we watched you suffer and we watched you fade away, although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, two hard-working hands laid to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. Harold would not want us to grieve for him. He could not stay another day to laugh, to love, to work or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way. He's found peace at the close of day. If his parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joys, a friendship shared, a laugh, a hug, or kiss. Harold's life has been full of good times and a loved ones touch. Perhaps his time seemed too brief. Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. He loved life and lived it to the fullest.
